It was so close to Wategos Beach. A microwave, tea/coffee making equipment and a washing machine were in the studio. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property.

It deserves its 4 stars. We think it's an excellent base for staying in Byron Bay. Kitchen was included.

location an easy walk to everything we needed, like captain cook lookout. a great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like the top shop that was only 20 minutes' walk away. comfortable beds in the rooms. you won't be disappointed if you stay in main beach district.

We really enjoyed the fact that we chose julians. The location couldn't be more great. Useful base for your holidays in Byron Bay. Perfect for holiday.
